Ultimate goal is to have Duskmantle Guildmage and Mindcrank on the battlefield, activate Duskmantle's first ability, then activate the loop: infinite cycle of life lost and cards from the library to the graveyard. Most cards aim to achieve this goal. Dimir Infiltrator , Fabricate and Muddle the Mixture will help to get the needed combo cards, then you can start the loop with Death Cultist , Dimir Infiltrator , Dream Twist , Shriekhorn or Memory Sluice that could even make it possible to kill 2 opponents with the loop.
