Putting together a mill deck, based completely around Sphinx's Tutelage and triggering it as much as possible. Wont really be attacking, so creatures are for defense and to help mill. Halimar Excavator and copy it with Jwari Shapeshifter to mill extra. Want to keep it mono blue.Any ideas on how to improve this are greatly appreciated. Considering switching Chasm Skulker for Wall of Frost.
