With all the new additions from Core Set 2019, I think it's finally time to mill in standard. We'll only be using cards from RIX, IXL, M 19 and DOM, due to the fact that the other 4 sets will rotate in a few months. Though it is a smaller card pool, we still have many options to chose from.

Our main mill pices are going to be Psychic Corrosion and Patient Rebuilding. The main goal is to draw as many carsd as we can to activate Psychic Corrosion.

We're going to need to draw out the game as much as we can, so this needs to be a control build as well. We have 4 copies of Wizard's Retort and 4 Merfolk Tricksters to activate them.

The main thing I need right now is help making the deck and sideboard better. Any suggestions are welcome.
