During the Kaladesh Spoilers I saw the card name Minister of Inquiries and I knew I had to make a mill deck. Also I am a fan of budget decks so I tried to keep this under $50.

The whole purpose of this deck is to control the board until they either mill out or die. Milling is the main purpose of the deck with Minister of Inquiries and Manic Scribe . To kill them you can use cards like Curious Homunculus   due to when it transforms it has prowess and makes you instants and sorceries cost less and then with casting a lot of instants and sorceries you have a lot of creatures due to Metallurgic Summonings and then with Dynavolt Tower you can kill their creatures or deal damage straight to their face so you can kill them. I threw in Aethersquall Ancient mainly because this deck really needed some late game and since you get 3 Energy each turn and you can clear all creatures off the board at any time. This makes it both a great source of Energy and for board control.
