My idea for a mill deck in M19 standard, with cycling subtheme. Your plan is to control the field, usually starting to really mill them after a Fumigate. After that, just Millstone away at them, get some Psychic Corrosion triggers, etc.

I am also working a mono-blue version of this deck that runs a more direct approach, but I’m not too sure it will work
