Obviously the goal here is to mill your opponent out and the possible option of the Duskmantle Guildmage/Jace, Memory Adept combo.

The possible strength of the creatures gives you another option if you start coming across a lot of removal, but your opponent will be forced to focus on stopping the Duskmantle Guildmage and Jace, Memory Adept combo or your other creatures such as Consuming Aberration

The "Maybeboard" is more about the Cipher mechanic which looks interesting. I'm not sure which way I want to go with Dimir yet and I'm pretty new to MTG so go easy on me and any input is more than welcome. Thanks!
