Mikaeus, the Unhallowed EDH deck focusing on abusing ETB effects. The deck was an attempt to make a Mikaeus deck, which would not be hated out in my playgroup. I have therefore excluded many of the most efficient infinite combos. However, after winning the past 3/4 games going off with a combo, everyone is now packing graveyard hate, so I was not successful.

Therefore, I have to modify the deck in the future.

Revision 10-11-2018: Kokoshu, the Evening Star and Gray Merchant of Asphodel taken out. Win cons are now looping Grave Titan or Wurmcoil Engine with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and some way of removing the +1/+1 counters or by looping an artifact creature while having Underhanded Design on the battlefield and access to lots of mana.
