cEDH 4-color wheels. Tymna is there to provide card draw along with our disruptive elements. I went pretty heavy on the interaction suite, in favor of playing a slightly longer game that eschews some of the faster ramp and more explosive builds that use cards like Lotus Petal or Cabal Ritual. My meta isn't insanely quick, so I'm working out making the deck a bit more midrangey with the idea that my wheels are powerful on their own and can give me some explosive wins that other midrange cEDH decks like 4-color Rashmi don't get access to.

With that being said, I may need some cards like Dark Confidant and other card advantage engines to really fuel this gameplan, but I'm still working on finding my place on the speed-interaction spectrum in cEDH. If 100 is all-in fast combo (think Grenzo, Hulk, or Hermit Druid) and 0 is Rashmi Control, I would want to place this deck at right about the 50 mark. Fast enough to win early and able to win from a low base (the wheels and their payoffs are essentially 2 card game-winning combos) but with the beef to hang on for a slightly longer game.

I've seen other 4 color wheel and HE-man lists that leave out dramatic scepter, but that combo has always been good to me so it's in for now but I'm willing to hear reasons why it might not be optimal.
