This deck has been my main project over the past few years. I've been testing it pretty heavily on MTGO over the past few months. And, the deck has done pretty well against every Tier 1 deck out there. Let me be clear; EVERY matchup is winnable, but the deck plays best against Merfolk, Tron, Amulet Bloom and the Delve decks.
Here I'll go through the deck, give you some insight on how it's played and the game plan for some of the matchups you'll face.
Knight Exemplar is your main lord, and she pairs great with Aether Vial, dropping her in response to a Terminate or a board sweeping effect.
While she IS the reason your playing the deck, she isn't your biggest threat, but rather your biggest PERCIEVED threat. She often draws the target of a removal spell, but that's okay. Your game winner is the other lord, Kinsbaile Cavalier
He is the real star of the deck. And usually means a turn 4 (or turn 5) win (this all depends on what your opponent is playing, as with Tron/Bloom your hitting hard and fast and a deck like Twin you wanna play more conservative). Not only does he let you hit for massive damage, but he lets you not over commit on the board when facing a deck with board sweepers.
