After the personal success and fun I had building and playing my Azusa deck (https://deckstats.net/decks/131721/1283835-azusa-found-but-longing/en) I decided to complete an entire cycle of mono-colored legendary women of Kamigawa.

With Michiko I wanted to focus on protecting her so she'd always be available to punish my enemies. I've focused especially on making her indestructible and untargetable, with a few other options to help her escape bad situations. Since she'll already be somewhat hard to remove there are other artifacts and enchantments that can up her strength and get her either over or through the enemy for Commander damage when the stars align.

The removal suite is light on pure destruction for the biggest threats, with instead an emphasis on exile and heavy amounts of sacrifice (which will make sense later) and the infamous beetle to squelch those particularly pesky enemy Commanders.

Among Michiko's loyal retainers is a little package of even more indestructibility for all our creatures, ensuring they can always swing at someone for tons of worry-free life gain leaving us open and daring the enemy to hit back. There's also a sneaky bit of enchantment destruction in there and other general good stuff.

The pocket tactics include a ticking time-bomb in Luminarch Ascension, a little bit of tax, Helm of the Host for all manner of shenanigans, some other good stuff, and a bit of shuffling our graveyard back into our library to do it all again.

Next I've included a small variety of options specifically aimed at gaining more life to hopefully keep us alive and them completely drained of having any permanents on the board. Whether it's Michiko or one of her larger creatures, someone should be bringing home the life gain somewhat reliably and only getting stronger for it.

Last thing of note is the "endgame" solutions include a couple "cheap" ways to win in Approach of the Second Sun and Felidar Sovereign. It also includes a tiny Eldrazi giftbasket with Ulamog's Crusher as a simple beater, Eldrazi Conscription for our Commander or a creature, and lastly... It That Betrays (remember those big sacrifice spells?)!

And of course I've included a very basic set of ramp, draw, and a few non-basic lands to help get it there.

This is for now just the initial 100 I was able to whittle it down to out of the hundreds I started with. It was supposed to be a budget deck and it turned out a lot more expensive than I wanted but I had a feeling mono-white was gonna end up that way. I honestly have no idea how it's going to play with my playgroup so I'm going to run a bunch of playtests on Tapped Out to get a feel for the opening 10 turns, reconsider some cards I already own to maybe lower the price, and perhaps revise it a time or two before buying singles of what remains. I doubt it will be as successful as Azusa, but hopefully it'll be as fun.

Any feedback or comments are welcome. Thanks for looking.
