Lord of Tresserhorn... pretty much zombie Michael Jackson, am I right?

The idea of this deck is to recreate, as closely as possible, the video from Thriller in MTG form. This is achieved primarily by having a lot of zombies and other sinister figures "dance" (i.e. tap and untap a bunch of times), ending in a massive ensemble dance session to win the game.

What this amounts to is a very janky combo strategy that goes for infinite mana and then puts together a variety of funky finishing moves to take out your opponents. These combos principally rely on Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, Fatestitcher, Rooftop Storm and the ultimate dance inducing boom-box, Intruder Alarm!

The strength of this strategy is that the combos are composed mainly of pretty innocuous pieces that do not pose much threat individually, so they are rarely highest priority for spot removal. They are also pretty cheap - none of the combos involves any 7+ CMC mana costs, and some go from naught to fuckry in 6 CMC or less.

The weakness - or should I say fairness - of the strategy is that the combos almost all involve at least four parts, and none go off at instant speed, so your opponents will always have a chance to throw a spanner in the works. But the deck has considerable redundancy and recursion, so even if you are thwarted and lose key cards to exile, there is almost always some way to put together a fresh dance routine with a bit of luck and judgement. The one you really have to protect is Intruder Alarm, the boom-box that makes most of the best routines pop off.

So while you assemble your big ensemble dance piece, in the meantime you can keep the enemy occupied with Michael's moves (shumone!), as he wards off nasties and offers threats (commander damage) and promises (cards) to your opponents. He can be a menace when kitted out with the Mask of Riddles or Fallen Ideal, and he also makes a very stable platform for Paradise Mantle and Heavy Arbalest once the combos start poppin' off. (ahee-hee-hee!)
