Lowering the curve a bit more, removed Verdant Force and Korozda Guildmage for Mulch and Gray Merchant of Asphodel.

Edit: I missed the dictate in my first look over. I would maybe suggest a Blood Artist somewhere in the deck for and additional way to gain life while slowly killing your opponent. It's around 3 bucks so I figured that it might be budget

Good call, I thought long and hard about Blood Artist and Zulaport Enforcer, they're definitely in the maybe pile. Thanks for the tip though!
