Something with Persist (Woodfall Primus, Putrid Goblin, Lesser Masticore, or Puppeteer Clique)

A Sac Outlet (Viscera Seer, Carrion Feeder, Ashnod's Altar, or Altar of Dementia)

Something to remove the -1/-1 counters (Renata, Called to the Hunt, Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest)

And if you haven't won yet, some sort of Blood Artist effect.

But Venomora, I hear you say. That's a 4 card combo! Why not just run Mike & Trike? Because I don't own a Mike, that's why. And besides, Meren is a strong, capable woman who can do whatever she puts her mind to. I'm happy to finally found a Meren build that feels interesting enough to sustain, but all suggestions are welcome.
