Just a casual Meren of Clan Nel Toth EDH deck, it's focus lies in board control using sac outlets and graveyard recursion. It is a budget list made with cards in my possession. The things I'm looking for is to make the deck more consistent without spending lot's on the prime tutors. Also some good reanimation targets I might have overlooked. Being a student the budget for fetches, shockduels, wurmcoils etc. is a little tight.
