This deck is centered around Memnarch, and using artifacts to pay for him and his abilities so that you can steal others' permanents. There is a high focus on ramp to help with getting out Memnarch and having enough mana to activate his ability and steal permanents. That's really the main goal of this deck and if it goes off it should leave your opponents defenseless and open for a big ol' swing.

Here are some combos I had in mind when designing this deck:

Treasure Mage:

  • Tutor for Mycosynth Lattice. This will make stealing stuff very easy to do.
  • Can also tutor for some of the big boys like Wurmcoil Engine as well.

Trinket Mage

  • Can tutor for mana rocks (Sol Ring, Mana Vault)
  • Can also tutor for Heartstone to help us activate Memnarch's ability

Tribute Mage

  • Tutors for utility artifacts that give hexproof for bigger survivability and can tutor for other utility artifacts such as Steel Overseer and Spellskite

Voltaic Key and Unwinding Clock

  • Great utility artifacts in this deck because they allow you to ramp, activate abilities, and overall just go nuts way more times per turn than normal. Try and get these onto the field ASAP.

Anyways, that's pretty much it. Open to suggestions and ways this deck could be more robust and competitive. I haven't playtested yet but will update when I have the deck in paper.

Updates Add

After Eldraine there wasn't a whole lot I saw there that I felt like adding to this deck. However, I have made some small changes such as adding some blue utility lands.

Also, here are some other cards I swapped out:

  • Added Darksteel Reactor and removed Darksteel Ingot because I like janky and weird win conditions
  • Added Platinum Emperion and removed Minamo, School on the Water's Edge because its utility is basically limited to Urza and Memnarch, and I just felt like it was too expensive to be worth purchasing.

Anyways, that's about it for now. I'm still taking recommendations on ways to optimize this to be fun to play but not too broken to be considered cEDH because my playgroup is pretty casual. Thanks!
