This is my swing at a budget Melira, Sylvok Outcast Modern POD deck. I loved POD in standard so it was only fitting to take it into Modern. This deck combos using Melira, Sylvok Outcast to remove the Persist counters off of Murderous Redcap and Kitchen Finks. Using Viscera Seer to sacrifice either of the Persist cards above to infinity deal damage / gain life respectively.

All comments are welcome and keep in mind this is a budget Modern deck.
