Storm off and defeat your foes using an epic flurry of spells aiming to end their miserable lives with a sizeable Grapeshot , Brain Freeze , or even Lightning Bolt !

Also cool wizards. Plays best against single opponents because of the time it provides the player to play; meaning you can literally take too long of a turn for everyone's sake; not that it's weak to multiple players (it's not). Weakness to well timed counterspells. High Tier Deck that is all round not weak and consistent. Epic spellslinging exists here.

Possible build of no creatures and more instants and sorceries could be as good or better. The creatures in this deck are really good but after playing it for a long time you can see how really instants and sorceries are the way as the inherit nature of not being an instant or sorcery is weak

Mizzix of the Izmagnus is also strong commander with same exact build.

I've decided that the flavor and that not being exiled as well as possible creature shenanigans make Izzet Chronarch and Archaeomancer different but equal to Flood of Recollection or Pull from the Deep .

Djinn Illuminatus is straight up super good and super cool. It's just that a 7 mana creature in itself isn't always what you want. The average Cmc of this deck make it overpowered.

Guttersnipe causes everyone to focus you, is a creature, and is not a wizard. Young Pyromancer can cause others to focus you, is a creature, and is not a wizard.

Some of the combos: Nivix Guildmage or Reiterate + Turnabout or Time Spiral or Frantic Search or Hidden Strings
