Remands - done, on to destruction and support. —July 3, 2017
I got my hands on a third Remand and completely removed the Unsubstantiates from the deck. I've also gotten 3x Devouring Light which works wonders and I switched out some stuff to get 2x Elixir of Immortality to keep my graveyard cards safe and my life flowing back. I will need to think about getting Supreme Verdicts to counter the control spells against me.
PS: I really need to get myself either Nihil Spellbombs, Relic of Progenitus or some other graveyard support.
I am planning to remove the Unsubstantiates, but as it is now, I don't have the cards to do it. I am trying to get at least 1 more Remand. As for Venser, Shaper Savant - I like his abilities, but the issue is that I don't have any copies and I don't know anyone in my circle that has him. In some aspect I want to keep the deck budget-friendly, but if I get my hands on some better cards, I will add them in.

Have you thought of swapping Day of Judgment for Supreme Verdict?

If I had Supreme Verdict I'd switch out all my other mass removal - Day of Judgment and Wrath of God. I've had issues with players who counter my mass destroy spells, but sadly I don't have any available for switch.

You could look into some more toolbox stuff.
Unsubstantiate is fine for the sideboard if you are worried about
Abrupt Decay ?
But using it over Remand in the main deck is kind of meh.
Venser, Shaper Savant is a little expensive mana cost but noone expects it and he can counter a spell or bounce ANYTHING
