Over the course of our three visits to Ravnica, there have been forty two Megacycles of cards - cycles of 10 cards, one for each guild. Four of those are land, leaving 38 non-land cards - perhaps a couple over what you'd usually play in a sixty card deck, but there are four mana rocks too so it's pretty spot on. The decks are singleton except for the lands, where they run four Shocks, two Bounce lands, two guildhalls, two guildgates, and six each the two basic lands for that guild.
