Deck's Purpose

This deck is meant to be a moderately powerful aristocrats based combo deck. By abusing Mazirek's ability, many plays can be optimized to benefit you and take advantage of opponents choices. It can also fuel powerful combos to either generate value or outright win the game.

Animation Combos : Animation Module + Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest + Creature + Sac Outlet

This is an incredibly powerful combo, as it achieves two purposes: Token Generation and Counters. For each +1/+1 gained, you can pay for a Servo. You can then sacrifice a Servo to continue the combo. This means, if you want tokens, you pay per token, and if you want counters, you pay for +1/+1 counters to all your creatures.

Traitor Combos : Nether Traitor + Sifter of Skulls / Pawn of Ulamog + Sac Outlet

With Mazirek on board, for a , you can put a +1/+1 counter on all your creatures and repeatedly value off a sacrifice outlet.

Reassembling Skeleton

Similar to the above combo, this allows for repeated activation of a sacrifice outlet for the higher cost of , but is more flexible in when it can be used.

Land Combo : Fetchland + Crucible of Worlds / Ramunap Excavator

Not only does this get us +1/+1 counters when Mazirek is on board, but we also benefit with more lands and deck thinning.

Scapeshift Combo

With Mazirek on board, a late game Scapeshift can give our creatures upwards of +7/+7 which can surprise our opponents for a quick swing into lethal.
