This is my Mayael EDH deck, and it is my pride and joy when it comes to mtg. This deck was created over a year ago (First started on 19/3/2013) and improvements have been trickling in slowly over the time I have played with it. I am at a point with the deck now where I have cards I want to purchase and put in, but no cards I want to take out to replace them.

The game plan is fairly simple; ramp fast and get the beats out early. Using Mayaels ability, cheat out as many fatties from the deck as possible at instant speed. Other cheat abilities help the deck get going early, and late game hopefully get some nice card draw with Greater Good or Garruk, Primal Hunter . Top deck manipulation cards are there to make sure you get the early ramp and the fatties on top.

Even in an aggressive playgroup with some extremely powerful decks, Mayael still gets her fair share of wins. This deck can't help but be the bad guy, especially if Mayael can get out and working early on. Therefore a large amount of protection is needed to ensure I'll keep my board state.

The creature base I have is nagging me as of late. There are many more creatures I wanna put in, but no creatures or any other card I wanna take out for them. If there are any creatures anyone thinks of as being weaker than the rest, please point them out to me in the comments.
