A budget list that's very easily up/downgradable.
This could easily become a $300 list to include a stronger manabase (I think this is the first upgrade you'd need) and either add some of the cards I have in the "maybeboard" or add your own favourites.
This could also be easily downgraded to become even more budget friendly by removing Piper, Avacyn AoH and Iona to become a $100 list. (You can of course downgrade even further but the deck just isn't the same without the fun stuff!
