The goal of this deck is to untap mana sources during opponents turns and then using it to cast cards with the commanders ability with flash, in particular high cost creatures with low cost tap abilities that can be abused with the untapping mechanisms. I'm avoiding things that are too mean like preventing things from untapping, it could probably use some scry and protection for the general. Maybe some counter spells. Lands still need balancing.
