This is yet another mill deck, slightly different than the usual build though. Instead of blue/black, I had mono blue and incorporated some self milling. The ides is that we don't care if we self-mill, because in this deck our opponents should always have less cards than us. So the win conditions are extended use of Mesmeric orb and Jace's Archivist. These allow both of us to keep discarding cards-which is fine when I have the standard mill cards to get my opponent's down faster. Lastly, Psychic Spiral will get ALL my graveyard cards back, letting us use them again and milling our opponent like crazy if we have 15+ cards in our graveyard from discarding with windfall, Jace's Activist, and mesmeric orb.

The support besides the regular mill cards are a three copies of 'sleep'. This will buy me time as well as synergize with mesmeric orb, because it will force all my opponents creatures to tap, and if they like to swarm, then it can be devastating next time they all untap.

IT's a cool idea, but I think it can be improved greatly. I don't know how useful hedron crab and curious homonculus are. I'd love some feedback!
