I dig on NoahsArks build, but I can't find anything that I want to drop from sorceries, instants or artifacts to add more creatures, so i'm keeping it as is for the time being.
Riders of Gavony can be useful. There are a fair few tribal EDH decks out there and you do have a fair number of humans. And card:Cathars' Crusade is pretty fun.
Oh and also, Sudden Disappearance . You have a lot of ETB effects, which makes it a great spell to hit yourself with. But you can also use it on an opponant with a lot of tokens, or +1/+1 counters, or just to empty everything they have out of the universe for you to roll on in and finish them off. That's all I got for now though! Like the look of the deck.

Riders and Cathar's I feel a little funny about in EDH; i think they would both do better in my token decks. But the Sudden Disappearance is pure genius. Thanks again!

Aye, rider and cathar's are a bit iffy. Riders is great if your meta has a lot of tribal but otherwise can definately be less than exciting. I was thinking about this deck and I've got some more suggestions though!
For sorcery, Austere Command . Command is fantastic for the amount of options it gives you. Probably worth playing over WoG but both are very awesome.
Creatures, Mikaeus, the Lunarch is not a bad choice, or Mirror Entity can be a pretty neat way to blast through. Reveillark is obviously not a soldier but does help you pull two of your favourite dudes back from the great beyond.
For Enchantments, Ghostly Prison is pretty neat. I think it's worth thinking about, especially if your meta has a lot of swarm type decks floating around. I actually think it's better than card:Norn's Annex, considering it costs more mana.

the Swords to Plowshares i would love to, but the 8 that i have are tied up in other decks at the moment....i suppose i could swap out some for Paths in those decks to make one available. yeah i'll do that.
Mikaeus, the Lunarch definitely, because if i remember right, creatures with X in their casting cost are considered 0 for search purposes, so I think i can tutor him with the Ranger of Eos . Mirror Entity I MUST buy. Ghostly Prison is an easy replace for card:Norn's Annex, again, thank you. Austere Command will replace Wrath of God and Crib Swap i need to get a copy of too. Thanks again for the suggestions, man, keep em comin!I was also thinking of add in a Elixir of Immortality for the card:Feldon's Cane-like effect. Worth it, or not so much in EDH since exile is more prominent than graveyard?

Glad you're liking the suggestions! Elixir of Immortality is neat, though personally I try to use Eldrazi for graveyard shuffling. Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth both. They're awesome because they're huge, Annihilator is boss, and the graveyard shuffle stops you milling out. Of course if they're exiled that doesn't work but meh. In my (albeit limited) experience, there's a finite number of things that can exile, and destroy effects are way more prolific.
The main reason to use Eldrazi over the Elixir is that if you face a mill EDH deck (i'm sure these exist) and you get milled through the elixir then you're screwed. But they mill the eldrazi and... Boom!

heh, mill EDH would be a serious pain in the ass. card:Jester's Cap + Prototype Portal nonsense.

Don't you tempt me into making the deck... have enough on my plate making Reaper King deck XD

maybe try Cavern of Souls to combat the control decks out there? awesome card if you're running a lot of one subtype of creatures aka humans :P
September 6, 2012 2:36 p.m.
it definately doesn't hurt you. I was wondering about card:Conjurer's Closet for ETB effects (and to untap a tapped dude) but I don't think you have enough to make it worthwhile.

Cavern of Souls i like. I know I need more non-basic lands in here too...would an Endless Horizons be worth a damn? even if it gets blown up, i really just need about 5 mana to get rolling. 7 plains is better for the Emeria, The Sky Ruin obviously.

I would much rather have Elspeth, Knight-Errant than ACoTP. I'm not saying that he's not good or that you shouldn't have him. But both would be good. Elspeth's ultimate will win you the game. She makes dudes immediately and both her non-ult abilities are +1's. And +3/+3 is better than double strike on most of your dudes (for pure damage, rather than combat fun, I mean).
If I were picking between them I'd pick Elspeth, but both are nice to have.

Endless Horizons is a pretty neat idea. Tough call though. While thinning all land in your deck is a nice theory, you don't know what everyone else will do. It's not impossible to have all your lands destroyed, or wind up drawing a ton of cards, meaning you want more mana to be able to play many spells at once (your guys may be returned to your hand for example).
I'd keep the land in there to be honest.

playin something almost exactly like this. Only i run both Elspeth.

I'd love to look at it to see the differences if you want to post the deck.

maybe consider Tithe as well
