Standard deck with Tezzeret, Master of Metal's second ability (Target opponent loses life equal to the number of artifacts you control) being the sought after win-con. 19 low-cost artifacts, plus Clues for more artifacts generated from Press for Answers and Jace's Scrutiny , which also provide control. More control from Metallic Rebuke. And some draw to speed things up from Reverse Engineer and Anticipate. I know that 4 copies of Tezzeret, Master of Metal (or any single Planeswalker) in a deck seems extreme since they are essentially Legendary, but I gotta have it to win! Right?
