Looting and possible master of cruelty combo
There are 2 wincons in this deck, flameblade adept/discard, and master of cruelties combo. deck can win turn 3 with the following combo, rarely goes off that fast but T4 and 5 is pretty common to swing with master.
T1 mountain, faithless looting, discard master of cruelties
T2 swamp or any dual land, cast generator servent
T3 swamp or any dual land, cast alesha by sacking generator servant, she has haste. Swing and pay 2 B and bring out master of cruelties from graveyard swinging. If opponent has no creatures to block with they lose. If they somehow can kill master, you can repeat the process next turn.

Alternatively use the faithless looting and delve creatures along with flameblade adept and the phoenixes to deal damage for win.
Chandra's phoenix and master of cruelties can be exiled with soulflayer to make him extra spooky with flying, haste, deathtouch, and first strike.
Rogue's passage gives master of cruelties unblockable, stensia bloodhall can kill the opponent if you run out of burn spells late game. also can kill pesky walkers.
Any creature with power 2 or less can get pulled out of GY with alesha.
If you have generator servant on board, and a delve creature in hand, generator servant can pay for 3 of the delve cost because he sacks himself for 2 and can be exiled to pay the delve cost. He also gives haste.
If you can get the lightning greaves on alesha she will do a great job bringing your guys back to life.
If you have access to one red and two black mana with generator servant on board, you can sack the servant to cast alesha with haste and bring the servant back to life swinging for 5 on turn 3.
Chandra's Phoenix gets around graffdigger's cage by going back to hand instead of to the field.
Apostle's blessing can give master of cruelty protection from stuff and it can protect lightning greaves from removal. It's more useful against white/black decks with a lot of targeted creature hate, or wide monocoloured/artifact creature boards since protection == no blocking.
Sign in blood can give you draw and can also kill your opponent if they're at 1 life.
Sideboard:
This deck hates blue counterspells since master is so heavy to cast, the guttural responses can protect master from a cryptic command or remand.
