This is a KTK/BFZ enchantment deck around the extremely interesting card Starfield of Nyx. Why they didn't print it in theros is beyond me. It would work so well. In commander, the best place I can think of is Chromanticore or Zur the Enchanter.

Anyway, this is a deck built around it.
