Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond = Infinite Drain. If you pair EB and SB with the following you will also initiate the Infinite Drain: 2. Polluted Bonds 3. Sanctum Seeker 4. Kalastria Highborn 5. Malakir Bloodwitch

If you want to keep the board clear of all creatures without board wiping all your stuff: Toss in Walking Ballista with Mephidross Vampire. When Walking Ballista does 1 point of damage to any creature(except for hex proof or indestructible) Mephidross puts another +1/+1 counter on the Walking Ballista, rinse and repeat until the entire board is clear. Next time an opponent plays a creature go ahead and kill it with this combo.
