Vampire Mardu tribal with Eddie at the helm. This deck looks to go wide and a little tall with some interactions with sacrifice mechanics such as Teysa, Blood Artist, Indulgent Aristocrat, etc. So I suppose it has an Aristocrat sub-theme. Any help is greatly appreciated. Additionally, it is a semi-budget build. I can't afford some of the more "ideal" or "competetitve" cards, so as a general rule I'd like to keep an individual card value at no more than $50 USD. This is a deck I plan to have fun with and I'm open to it evolving over time. Thanks for your time!
