An entire deck based around the very ideas aristocrats combined with token madness!

Notable Combos:

Illness in the Ranks + Genesis Chamber = Extra enter the battlefield and die triggers on both sides without more bodies on either side.

Illness in the Ranks + Forbidden Orchard = Tri land that also give your opponent an ETB and death trigger.

Combos above + Blood Artist or Suture Priest or Zulaport Cutthroat or Trespasser's Curse or Blood Seeker = The main win con of slowly draining your opponent to death.

Norin the Wary is used as an enabler for Genesis Chamber and as extra life gain from Suture Priest.

Other Cards:

Ensnaring Bridge helps to keep your opponents from attacking you.

Inquisition of Kozilek is a disruption and as a way to get an idea of what your opponent is playing.

Authority of the Consuls is both a means of life gain but also as a way to slow your opponent down.

Sideboard

Damnation is for when your opponent's board gets out of control. With a Blood Artist, this could be lethal.

Fulminator Mage is a way to slow down scapeshift and tron, while also disrupting other decks.

Leyline of Sanctity is a must have in any white deck. Protection from burn, mill, etc.

Erebos, God of the Dead to prevent your pseudo-mirror match ups like Soul Sisters.

Grafdigger's Cage helps to prevent graveyard strategies, but is vulnerable to spells like Abrupt Decay and other artifact hate.

Path to Exile for when your opponent has a couple high priority targets that need to be dealt with.

Pithing Needle to prevent walkers like Liliana of the Veil or other dangerous activated ablities.

Surgical Extraction combos with Fulminator Mage to shut down Tron or Scapeshift, or to remove important parts of your opponents deck.

Wear / Tear for those pesky artifacts and enchantments.
