Description

My very own and first attempt at a hatebear/D&T style deck. While I'm sure I can't do better than the current legacy or modern versions, frontier has enough pieces to try it out.

I love the deck! Looks really fun. The only thing I'd really suggest is switching Kambal from the main to the side, adding either Aven Mindcensor or Vryn Wingmare to the main. Unless your meta is very consistent those will be more useful in a variety of G1s.

I guess I'm also not sold on 3 Valorous Stance since Dusk hits most of those targets as well. More cheap burn like Lightning Strike is probably more in line with your gameplay, given Soulfire.

And Sorin is interesting... I'm not sure I see his purpose besides being a solid planeswalker. Gideon might be stronger overall.

I have no idea how good it'll be, but Oracle's Vault could be an option to try and cheat on mana. D&T builds usually need a way to break parity on board--Vial being the way in other formats of course. I'll keep thinking about other options. Collected Company comes to mind, which gives you some good green dudes as well, but takes away from some of the tempo. Hmm!

As Foretold actually might be the best...

The list looks great - I have made my own attempts at a Death and Taxes build after Amonhket. I would love to see this archetype played in the Frontier League since it would be great to punish the greedy manabases.
