When I build decks, I usually acquire specific cards, and then try and build a deck that does something I haven't tried before. I mean, if they make a better white weenie card, or a better burn spell, why would i make a new deck? just see if it slots into any of the decks I already own.

So I cracked an Ugin (A FRF pack hoping for fetch lands) and I bought two Chandras when her price dipped below 15 dollars. She's strong enough for eternal formats, so when someone figures out what to do with her, her price is going to explode and never come back down. Anyways, I initially got her for my burn deck, but she didn't fit. I opened a Gideon years ago, and I had never used it. Too cheap to sell, never the right place to fit it into. And now Ghostly prison had its price nuked, so I just got a set. Balance also; Just picked up a pair right after eternal masters dropped. A pair from fourth edition were less than 2 bucks each! Who wouldn't want to own and play with a piece of magic history?!

Meanwhile this deck had been kicking around in my head, with more Suppression Field s and Raze s and Stone Rain s. Planeswalkers seemed like a natural fit as win conditions

This deck is really mean. Most decks don't have artifact and enchantment hate main board. Without mana, they can't interact with my walkers, my main win cons
