Urabrask the Hidden - - - >Orzhov Advokist : Urabrask ended up usually being unnecessary. I missed the political shenanigans of the advokist. Put it back in.
Kaervek the Merciless - - - >Exsanguinate : Kaervek rarely ended up being the finisher I wanted and wasn't very on theme. I think exsanguinate will more consistently be that late game finisher.
Crackling Doom - - - >Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker: Finally picked up a copy of Michiko and she has been performing well. Crackling Doom is one of those high variance cards. Sometimes great, but sometimes kinda dead.

Solitary Confinement is my best Pillow Fort card in my Queen Marchesa: Politics, Aikido, and Control deck. I agree with this addition, and feel like Solitary Confinement would potentially be the last card I would cut from the deck. Amazing card.
