I got the interaction wrong, don't think this works!

Zirda, the Dawnmaker, weird card, right? Cool... but with Marath, Will of the Wild it's a little cooler, pay 1 mana, target Marath with an x=3 give 3 counters to itself, pumping him by 2. Pay 1, bolt, pay 1, get a 3/3 beast.

Seems simple, right? High value in this deck, but with a weird restriction. Then add Basalt Monolith, get 3 mana, pay 1, untap. make infinite mana, infinite counters on Marath, infinite bolts. Win the game.

Or Grim Monolith, or Umbral Mantle/Staff of Domination/Sword of the Paruns with Bloom Tender/Priest of Titania/Marwyn, the Nurturer/Incubation Druid/Gyre Sage/Faeburrow Elder. You know, normal cards, all fetchable with Yisan, the Wanderer Bard, Fauna Shaman, Birthing Pod, Stoneforge Mystic, or other activated abilities. Easy, right?

Well, there is more, Devoted Druid, add 3 counters to it for 1 mana off of your 'commanders', then make 3 mana, put one mana into pumping Marath with himself, one more on repumping devoted druid, rinse and repeat for infinite mana.

There is more though, of course, using Illusionist's Bracers's lets you add 5 counters to Marath, or remove 1 counter to deal 6 to something or split it to two things 3 to each, or two make 2 3/3s. Value beyond normal amounts for something you can just keep dumping mana into, I'd say it's a little better than a Thrasios often ;)

Also, tons more value for Marath, Zirda, and this deck is hidden inside!
