Marath the invincible beast

Commander / EDH Budget Casual RGW (Naya) Tokens

Marath, Will of the Wild is a versatile commander and it's challenging to focus him in a single direction. For this casual deck the strategy used is to make a ton of 1/1 tokens and then swarm the opponent with creature boosts. Marath needs a lot of mana to work so there's a significant amount of ramp here. I kept a number of cards that don't blend with the tokens but are just too good to pass with the abilities of the commander. Spikeshot Elder can easily be pumped using the +1/+1 ability and then fire off massive amounts of damage to opponents. Sun-Crowned Hunters is also very good because Marath can ping it 3 times each turn to deal 9 damage to an opponent every turn - Ranging Raptors and Bellowing Aegisaur can also be triggered multiple times each turn. Contested Cliffs is a great way to easily kill off annoying creatures since Marath is a beast.

It's turned into a really fun deck to play, but could be improved without investing much money I'm sure. I'd really appreciate budget suggestions! I also have a soft spot for old school cards from the Revised days (and have a ton lying around) so any ideas for including some of these would be awesome!
