Added Targeted discard: Thoughtseize Duress Inquisition of Kozilek Collective Brutality

From a couple more years of experience I have come to the understanding that targeted discard is very similar to counter magic and removal- You prevent a spell from being cast or a permanent affecting the board state.

In multiplayer Competative EDH interaction is essential. For a mono black deck targeted discard gives us what we are missing in interaction from counter magic to artifact and enchantment removal.

Added some relevant stax pieces: Damping Sphere Pithing Needle Crucible of Worlds Leyline of the Void

Damping sphere is a great card that was recently printed along with some other fantastic cards from Return to Dominaria. It is a great answer to storm decks such as Zur, Jeleva, and Kess.

Also added these other stax effects because it allows for more interaction with competitive decks while also lowering the curve of the deck for Ad Nauseam.

Added more card advantage: Dark Confidant Karn, Scion of Urza

Have no Idea why I didnt have Dark Confidant in the deck already- extremely good card in competitive multiplayer.

Karn, Scion of Urza Is an amazing card from Return to Dominaria and is debatably an auto include for this deck given how great of a source of card advantage and board presence it is.

Changed combo piece: Walking Ballista

Much better than Triskellion. Lowers curve for Ad Nauseam. Is easier to win with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed.
