Main Combo Cards:

T1: Swamp -> pass

T2: Swamp -> pass

T3: Swamp + Maralen of the Mornsong -> pass

T4: fetch and play Boseiju, Who Shelters All -> pass

T5: fetch Ad Nauseam + play Swamp -> pass

Your winning condition is Sickening Dreams, but you need Glacial Chasm to protect yourself from the damage. (Glacial Chasm doesn't protect you from life losing by Maralen of the Mornsong ability, ad neuseam, etc)

At the end of your opponent's turn cast Ad Nauseam and reveal cards until the two cards of your winning condition are been revealed. Also the number of cards in your hand must be greater than your opponent's life total. (At this point you don't need your commander any more)

T6: play Glacial Chasm + discard your hand to cast Sickening Dreams -> win!!

The problem is that you can win only once with this combo! If you want to win again you must add some other cards, but all cards should have low CMC!
