ok, so not ACTUALLY manaless. But after some experimentation, I think I can play down to 27 lands in commander - no easy feat, given that it's only 3 more than I use in my average 60-carder...

Still, this deck is built to mulligan (partial paris, please!) until it has enough lands in-hand to start dropping mana rocks. Don't play Brago as soon as possible - wait until you can get some form of protection on him, either vs. color, or just some sort of hexproof/shroud (or at least you can play something at instant speed). From there it's all about playing things with ETB abilities, attacking with Brago, triggering ETB again and untapping your mana rocks, and doing it again second main.

The sideboard of this deck is collected in case I want to turn it into a lockdown/stasis deck. It's a bit mean for my usual playgroup.
