Uro ETB and landfall effects. The idea to get that ramp is to keep uro bouncing from your hand to the field so you don't go broke on commander costs. Several ways to get out infinite mana; Tidespout tyrant with simic signet and/or sol ring easy infinite, or, peregrine drake with deadeye navagator. Either way mana and card draw should not be much of an issue if you use those bounce effects correctly. Win conditions; risen reef paired with blade of selves can get you up to 60 triggers with panharmonicon out, draw out the deck with lab maniac or thassa's oracle, or just cut the crap and genesis wave for 100 with infinite mana and win. Should be a five to seven turn win most games.
