This deck is based off of any of the mana-less dredge variants. While it should be able to win turn 3 or 4 with Bridge from Below tokens alone I decided to see what would happen if I ran The Mimeoplasm.

The basic goal of the deck is to get a Bazaar of Baghdad down turn one to start discarding dredge outlets. In almost every case it is fine to mull down to 2 or 3 cards when searching for a Bazaar of Baghdad. From there you dredge your deck into oblivion. Dread Return a The Mimeoplasm that is a copy of Thorn Elemental with counters from Death's Shadow and, with a second Dread Return, summon up a Flame-Kin Zealot. If they have no blockers opt for a The Mimeoplasm that is a copy of Maelstrom Wanderer to save you a Dread Return. After that all you have to do is swing with a 21/21 Thorn Elemental winning you the game on turn 3 with a 100% money back guarantee, void where prohibited by life gain and Force of Will.

Given that most vintage tournaments let you proxy around 15 cards this deck is actually insanely budget and shouldn't cost more than $50 outside of the proxies. Also as a note The Mimeoplasm allows you to exile anything from any graveyard so in the case that something more interesting or even potentially dangerous is in another graveyard go for that.
