Commander 2019 Vampire Madness

While most of the Madness cards in Rakdos colors aren't great, of the ones that are actually good, most of them are Vampires: Asylum Visitor, Stromkirk Occultist, Anje's Ravager, all of these are highlights of the Madness archetype. And the best madness cards are vampires as well.

Pretty much every Vampire with madness is a worthy candidate for this deck. The best one by far is Falkenrath Gorger, because it gives all our Vampires madness, but even the blander looking cards like Incorrigible Youths end up doing serious work in the deck.

Anje Falkenrath is the best Madness commander ever printed. She is a great and cheap discard outlet, but we can't rely on her entirely to discard our cards. There will be some games where she is killed early and often to the point where it becomes inefficient to recast her. We will need backup discard outlets in case she's shut down.

The best discard outlets for your madness cards are ones that are cheap, controlled, and repeatable. Cheap because you still need mana available to cast your madness cards, controlled because you only want to discard your madness cards not just random ones, and repeatable so you can use it as your madness engine.
