This is the updated version of my original deck, which you can find at the bottoms of this description. However, despite the difference between the decks(which I will lost off in just a bit), the goal remains the same: keep your opponent from playing Magic, and then do something so outrageous that they’re forced to concede, as there’s no way to get back ahead! These actions include the ultimates of Dovin Baan and Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, gaining tons of life and answers every turn with Azor, the Lawbringer, or actually winning with Approach of the Second Sun. The main difference between the 2 decks is that (1), this deck has a lower mana curve, as the only card above a 5 mana requirement being Approach of the Second Sun. However, most cards are still at CMC 4, which is bad considering we don’t have a lot of early game. (2), this deck relies much more heavily on planeswalkers to win the game. All the planeswalkers in the deck help us dig into our library for the Approach, but it’s not too hard to ultimate them and force the opponent to concede.

Main differences between decks include the following:

Replacing all 3 Aerial Responders with Raff Capashen, Ship's Mages. While we lose the advantage of consistently gaining 2 life each turn, Raff’s ability to flash in our win-cons so we can protect them next turn goes a long way in ensuring our victory is not disrupted.

Replacing both Nezehal, the Primal Tides with Teferi, Hero of Dominaria. Teferi is harder to kill and can protect himself with a negate or cheapened Wizard's Retort after using his +1 if the board is empty, or just use his -2.

Replacing 2 Tocatli Honor Gaurds with Baral, Chief of Compliance. Baral, along with Raff, makes Wizard's Retort better and overall speeds up the game by allowing you to leave less mana open and play Approach earlier.

Finally, I decided to replace a Glimmer of Genius and an Ixalan's Binding with 2 Oath of Teferis. Not only can it reset s planeswalker, but it can also, like Baral, speed up the game by ultimating faster.

Sideboard

Like the other deck, sideboard is mainly concerned with aggro as we typically need a bit to get going.

TEFERI IS NOT BUDGET

Since Teferi is sitting at $40 right now, you could very well replace the copies of him(and his oath, as it’s not worth it with just 2 planeswalkers in the deck) with 4x Cataclysmic Gearhulk. The gearhulk can clear the board, stooping your opponent dead in their tracks, and protect Dovin Baan fairly effectively.
