This is my first attempt at building a merfolk deck, much less a blue deck of any kind. The concept was to try and 'budget' things up a bit, which is why Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca is on the 'to acquire' board. The idea behind the deck, is some what similar to elves, in that you want to flood the field, pump them up, keep them alive and thanks to cards like Master of the Pearl Trident, Aquitect's Will and Deeproot Elite are vital for the whole "Pump the Unblockables" synergy.

Please let me know any tips/suggestions you might have to help me improve this deck...without bankrupting me lol. Thank you in advance!
