How many combos can you fit into one deck? This many. Basically this deck just wants to cast and/or flicker Mairsil as many times as we can, and draw cards/tudor until you can get a combo with Hateflayer + Tree of Perdition or Spikeshot Elder + Tree of Perdition . Infinite turns with Anthroplasm + Sage of Hours . Infinite mana using Quicksilver Elemental with an untap ability and a mana rock like Gilded Lotus. Or let's just continually wipe the board until people give up, using AEtherling + Nevinyrral's Disk .

Fires of Invention has been a surprising all-star in this deck. We’re not running a ton of instant speed interaction since the commander can solve board problems by itself. Being able to cast the commander for free and leave all that mana up for activations is fantastic. The commander is also a big target for spot removal, so only having to pay the commander tax is a plus.

There's a lot of fun cards that don't see play in any other decks, so it’s always interesting to see the other player’s say “that card does WHAT?”
