When I first started playing Commander, I knew I wanted to make a wizard tribal deck. I got the 2017 Wizard precon and instantly fell in love with Mairsil the moment I saw him. He just represents everything you'd see from an evil wizard. Greedy, Power hungry, and phases out the moment you're about to catch him. I started brewing a dedicated deck around this commander and this deck is the product of all the work I've put into him. So let's get on with the deck.

This deck is for a VERY casual playgroup. It's more about pulling off really cool shenanigans than actually winning although you become almost unstoppable with the right setup. This deck technically boils down to a token deck revolved around making non legendary copies of Mairsil and then sacrificing those tokens for value. This deck is also very reactive and you'll find yourself able to do something interesting with your opponent's boards rather than your own. If that fails just give Mairsil a ton of abilities and then see what you can do.
