Cats! Cats! Cats!

This deck is an extremely focused Voltron equipment deck. It was the first EDH deck I ever assembled in paper, and I have been constantly adjusting it over the years. While it was originally cat tribal, it is now completely all in on our Catmander. Because she likes to wear the pretty things and brings all the kittens to the yarn.

The focus needs to be on low CMC equipment, because Kemba, Kha Regent needs to be equipped as soon as possible, and needs to come down on T3. The low utility land count is both to maintain maximum untapped lands, and also to work with Strata Scythe and Blackblade Reforged. The tutor package is mostly to get the ramp equipment being Sword of the Animist and Dowsing Dagger  .

Also side note: Foil Plains #233 from Shards of Alara! Beautiful foil deserts, really want like all of them.
