The deck's plan is to simply out-value your opponent. A classic way to do this in budget modern is with two cards, Goblin Rabblemaster and Pack Rat both of these threats get better over time, and Pack Rat is really hard to get rid of, as you can copy it in response to removal. Where this deck diverges from other similar ones is the Madcap Experiment + Platinum Emperion combo.When playing this deck, it is important to remember that we are not a combo deck, and to treat the combo as if it was simply a four mana 8/8, at the top of our curve. The Sign in Bloods are there not to help us dig for an experiment in the early game, but to keep the pressure up in the late game. The Char is there because it can help get rid of larger threats, or get in a large chunk of damage in the late game if your board has stalled. Also, it's synergy with the Platinum Emperion makes it hard not to include
