This deck has gone through a ton of changes so I thought I would make a fresh start.
The idea of this deck is the same as most rakdos decks, get the gas out quick and smash in for as much damage as possible!

Rakdos Cackler
: Solid 1 drop but can be useful later especially before dropping a mogis marauder
Rakdos Shred-Freak : all important early game haste, chose this over the spike jester as it's easier to get onto the field and is less painful to lose!
Spiteful Returned
: even though it'd a 1/1 it gets 2 free damage just for attacking plus turn 4 it can be bestowed and boost a herald of torment
Spike Jester
: i was using thrill kill assassin but i felt that the fast 3 damage just works better!
Herald of Torment
: This card wins me so many games! if you can ignore the cost of using this card you'll have a 3/3 flyer by turn 3. bestow madcap skills for a beast! if the game runs a little longer its great for bestowing on any of your creatures
Mogis's Marauder :as long as your'e not facing down black this card is insane! get a few attackers down on the field and just take damage for a few turns then just blast thorough for massive damage! this card can be sided out against black for extra removal
Mogis, God of Slaughter: as soon as mogis is down the opponent is on a clock! theyre either losing creatures each turn or losing life each turn either way this helps burn them out!
Purphoros, God of the Forge: dont have another mogis so purphoros is filling the spot atm! still fits well with the cheap creatures i can drop down plus i can use up some of the extra red mana i have to boost up attacks, especially if ive used mogiss marauder!
instants/enchantments/sorceries
Lightning Strike : good removal still working on something else
Dreadbore: cheap removal that can deal with any annoying creatures or planeswalkers on the field
Madcap Skills: if you get this turn 2 onto a rakdos cackler youll be hitting for so quickly! use your removal to keep their creatures to 1 and theyll never stop you!
Magma Jet: good cheap removal and that scry 2 is so handy early on!
Land
Ive gone with 11 Swamp 7Mountain and the full set of 4 Temple of Malice
The land base needs a lot of tweaking but im happy atm! if i can get hold of shocklands i'll add those but im happy as is
