Maybeboard

Instant (1)

Made some changes, it feels a bit quicker. Force of Will would be a big improvement, but it's crazy-expensive, so I'll see how this works for now? Probably not nearly as well, but hopefully I'll have good match-ups?

Anyways, the ideal game plan is turn 1 Delver of Secrets  , or Halimar Depths and turn 2 Delver with plausible set up for flipping next turn. Next, I'd sit on counters, or try to draw into some if I don't have any, hitting my land drops where possible, and eventually sneaking into play some mana rocks. Then, with these I start using mana for value, either converting Gargoyle Castle, flipping Ludevic's Test Subject   ftw or dropping a Docent of Perfection  . For when things go awry, the deck runs a bit of removal, because I hate lacking removal, even in my mono-blue, but you'd be better off hoping to topdeck the 1 Stormtide Leviathan, which is a huge removal magnet if you can't win ASAP. He doesn't hinder me much, but he can slow the opponent's attack until I can win.

Would it make sense to go for Brainstorm over the 2 of cantrips? I suppose I should, with the hope of getting Delver up and running early.

So, like, how many more lands should this have? Also, any suggestions on what lands, should it just be more islands? What should I pull?

I reached this conclusion after figuring out I have about 14% less bad hands at 25 lands vs 19, so that tells me that even with plenty of scry (and similar) effects doesn't preclude the need for mana, also ramp rocks aren't ideal for this type of deck. I feel like the Dynamo is fine, but the smaller ones seem like dead weight. Maybe switch them for land? 4 more lands gets me to 23, so it might still be short, but I feel like the scry effects should be worth a few land in savings.
